幸福企业典范参访申请公告

苏州固锝从创业之初就把员工的幸福作为第一要务，并以此确立了公司核心价值观：企业的价值在于员工的幸福和客户的感动。2009年底提出用中国传统的“家文化”构建幸福企业典范的尝试，探索出幸福企业八大模块的系统化推进模式。通过四年多的实践，固锝把中华传统文化的精髓——“家文化” 融入到企业经营管理中，把人文关怀与人文教育并重，同时融入精实管理， 达到了企业经营的良性循环， 2013年底，苏州固锝已进而开始完善“家文化”的中国式管理。九年多来，公司秉持无我利他的精神，把幸福企业创建的经验予以记录与传播，任何有需要的企业和社会团体苏州固鍀都欢迎大家的参观和学习，幸福企业典范创建的数据也是毫无保留的无偿提供给需要的企业团体 个人以及学术研究机构。
为了裨益企业和团体的参访学习幸福企业典范的实践经验，苏州固锝设立了公众参访日时间，

Happy Company Visit Application Notice
Suzhou Good-Ark has put the staff happiness as a top priority from the beginning, and thus established the company's core values：the company’s value comes from the happiness of employees and the touched customers. Good-Ark began to seek happy business model by Chinese traditional "family culture" and to explore a systematic development of Eight Modules of happy company. Through more than four years of practice, Good-Ark has integrated the essence of traditional Chinese culture - "family culture" into business management, valuing both humane care and humane education while implementing lean management and thus achieving virtuous cycle of business. Since the end of 2013 Good-Ark has been furthering the Chinese management featured by “family culture”. In the past nine years Good-Ark, upholding the spirit of altruism, has been recording and spreading the experience of building happy company. Any companies or institutions of interest of our experience are welcomed to visit and study. All the profiles and data of building happy company model will be freely provided to companies, individuals and academic institutions for study and research.
In order to help more companies and groups visit and study our experience of happy company model, Suzhou Good-Ark now has public visit days.
Timetable for 2019: 28th Mar. 16th May. 11th Jul. 12th Sept. 21th Nov.
Inclined visitors should download application form from Good-Ark website and complete visitors’ information. We will arrange visit according to application order.
